Terms of Use – Car Rental Services
The use of our car rental services is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. General Information
Our company provides car rental services in the designated areas mentioned in the booking terms. By accepting these terms, the renter agrees to comply with all rental conditions.
2. Rental Requirements
- Minimum driver age: 21 years old (for certain vehicle categories, the minimum age may be 25+).
- The renter must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
- A valid ID/passport and credit/debit card are required at the time of rental.
3. Booking & Payment Policy
- Reservations are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received, unless cash payment on arrival is selected.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the rental start: full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
5. Insurance & Coverage
- Basic Insurance (Third-Party Liability) is included in the rental price.
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a deductible ranging from €800, depending on the vehicle category.
- Full Insurance with zero deductible is available at an additional cost.
6. Fuel Policy
- Full-to-Full: The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned full. Any missing fuel will be charged according to the current fuel rate per liter.
7. Vehicle Use
- Driving off-road or on unpaved roads is strictly prohibited.
- The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
- Vehicles may not be taken outside the designated geographical area without prior approval.
8. Additional Charges
- Additional Driver: €7/day (unless included in the offer).
- Child Seat: €5/day.
- After-hours Pick-up/Drop-off: €40 additional fee.
9. Accidents & Damages
In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify the company and the local authorities, providing a written report of the incident. Any damage not covered by the insurance will be charged to the renter.
10. Privacy Policy
The company handles personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and using the vehicle, the renter fully accepts the above terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
